With an oversized landing zone and extra depth, it’s made to handle regular falls and rough terrain. Stable, durable, and still practical to carry, Slaphappy Max delivers the protection you want when the boulders get hard.

What is the Max pad for?
An XL primary bouldering pad for full-commitment send burns, roadside classics, and climbs on the life list.
What foam is inside—is it actually protective?
Yes. UK-built, three-layer stack: 60 mm open-cell foam sandwiched between 2 × 25 mm closed-cell sheets (30% recycled content), all HIC-tested in-house.
- Top closed-cell (25 mm): spreads load and smooths sharp edges.
- Core open-cell (60 mm): absorbs impact and rebounds session after session.
- Base closed-cell (25 mm): resists bottoming-out.
