We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your Slaphappy purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  2. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  3. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer service team at support@slaphappyclimbing.com to inform us of your return. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant details.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping

Please note the following regarding return shipping:

  1. If your product is under 2kg in weight and has dimensions within 100cm (combined depth, width, height), return shipping is free, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
  2. If your product is over 2kg in weight or has dimensions exceeding 100cm (combined depth, width, height), you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with further details.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account.
